BeaverERP

A nursing home ERP,
built as you use it

Residents, monthly billing and the roster, on a server opened for your home alone. Say one line in the chat next to the screen and Beaver changes it. The Beaver plan is $360 a month, and the first month is an unpaid trial.

Any industry. If your company runs on a few spreadsheets and one person can say what they want, that’s enough.

This is all you say.

Not a spec. One line, right where it got in the way.

Can we bring the resident register over from Excel?
Beaver
Yes. Send the file and I’ll build the screen with the same column names and move the values. No need to tidy it first
The meal rate changed — $3.20 from September
Beaver
September billing uses $3.20 from now on. August stays as it was
What each family owes is worked out differently for every resident
Beaver
I pulled care level, discounts, meals and extra care out into rules. Now you only enter the level and the days
I want to stop passing the roster around in a group chat
Beaver
Built a roster screen. When it changes, the nursing floor sees it on their phones
Why is this invoice wrong
Beaver
A resident who had left was still counted in that month’s meals. Took them out
Moving someone between rooms meant editing three files
Beaver
Change the room once now, and the register, the meal count and the invoice all follow

You don’t need to know what you can ask for. Say what’s in the way — Beaver finds a way, and says no when it can’t.

Not everything at once.

Building a whole ERP in one go is heavy, and it usually fails. Start with the one thing that hurts most, then add one at a time as you use it.

The first month is one screen — the one you open most. The next one gets decided as you use it.

This is how it runs.

Once you subscribe, it goes like this.

  1. 1

You work on a server only your company uses

One server and one database per company. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and it’s backed up daily. HTTPS only, hosted on AWS.

  2. 2

You say it right where it gets in the way

One line in the chat next to the ERP screen. “Add an owner column.” No spec, no limit on how many.

  3. 3

Beaver fixes it and puts it live

A column the same day, a new screen in a week or two. When it’s up, the reply lands in the chat. Operations, security patches and outages are Beaver’s job too. Invoices and payment live in your portal.
